“QuoteQuickly is truly the easiest tool on Salesforce.”
Averna is a global test engineering solution company that helps manufacturers worldwide get their high-tech products to market faster, without sacrificing quality. Averna approached Steel Brick to streamline some time-consuming quoting processes.
Here’s how they increased their operational efficiency:
|
Before Steel Brick |
After Steel Brick |
| Everything was done manually by quote specialists. | Quote specialists are no longer needed. Instead, inside sales reps generate their own quotes. Each one configures about 25 quotes per week. |
| Quote specialists had to copy information from Salesforce and paste it into other documents. | Inside sales reps no longer have to manually transfer information from Salesforce. |
| Completing even simple quotes could take up to an hour. | The team can complete simple quotes in less than 20 minutes. |
| Configuring complex quotes frequently lasted several days. | Complex quotes are completed in about an hour – even those including 30 products in 5 groupings with partner discounts. |
Other Benefits:
Because of a huge time-zone difference, an Averna sales rep in Asia often needed to get a quote when Averna’s North American offices were closed. QuoteQuickly has sped up Averna’s sales process, allowing a North American inside sales rep to quickly create the quotes from home at night, instead of doing them in the office the next day. For Asian customers, Averna has shortened its quoting process by one day.
