Salesforce Acquires SteelBrick

I’m excited to announce that Salesforce has closed its acquisition of SteelBrick! We’re thrilled to join the Salesforce family.

Today, I'm excited to share the news that Salesforce has signed a definitive agreement to acquire SteelBrick! The team and I couldn’t be more excited to join Salesforce once the transaction closes.

Over the past six years, we’ve been on a mission to make selling simple by developing next generation Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Subscription Billing apps, optimized for high growth companies, on the Salesforce cloud platform with speed and ease.   

We’ve had the privilege to work and innovate with hundreds of important customers to make them successful.  We’ve built a special team with unmatched passion, talent, and expertise in Quote-to-Cash.   We’ve created a unique “heart of the brick” culture established by our founder Max Rudman by totally focusing on taking genuinely good care of our customers, partners, and each other.

We have witnessed how Salesforce has pioneered the shift to enterprise cloud computing and set the standard for customer success in the industry.  Many of our team members have already enjoyed growing their careers in the vibrant Salesforce ecosystem as customers and partners for many years, and we’re excited to join Salesforce.  

Being a part of Salesforce will give us an amazing opportunity to accelerate our delivery of fully integrated Quote-to-Cash applications right within Salesforce, helping thousands more customers grow revenue faster than ever before.
